This policy explains what information Steady PMO (operated by Matthew Lam) collects through this website, how it's used, and how it's protected.

What I collect

The only personal information collected through this site is what you submit voluntarily through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.

How it's used

Submitted details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing, sold, or shared with any third party other than the service providers below, who process the message purely to deliver it.

How it's handled

• Form submissions are sent via Resend, an email delivery service, to a private inbox monitored by Matthew Lam.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard web request data (e.g. IP address) as part of normal hosting and security operations.
• No cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics are used on this site.

Booking a consultation

If you book a time via the "Book a time" link, you'll be taken to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service with its own privacy policy. Information you provide there (e.g. name, email, meeting details) is governed by Cal.com's terms, not this one.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry, then deleted at Matthew Lam's discretion.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted by emailing the address below.
