Program and Transformation Lead with 10+ years leading programs across global enterprise and startup environments, including AB InBev, one of the world's largest FMCG organisations, and other growth-stage and leading organisations, delivered both on-site and remotely. That work has included multi-million-dollar OPEX savings through platform rationalisation, 12% revenue growth through a Salesforce CRM delivery, and a 30% improvement in NPS through a consumer care platform rollout, alongside establishing governance, delivery structure and PMO functions from the ground up.
